Free In-Store Pickup
If you are local to Charlotte, pickup is a great option. It is free, straightforward, and most orders are ready the same day.
Once you place your order online, simply select pickup at checkout. Our team will begin preparing your order right away. Most orders placed before 2:00 pm are ready within 2–3 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as everything is set — please wait for that confirmation before heading over.
When you arrive, just have your order confirmation email or the name on your order ready.
A note on drip coffee bags: Orders that include drip coffee bags require a little extra preparation time. As long as you order before 2:00 pm, they will still be ready the same day.
Need to pick up after hours? That is usually no problem at all. Just send us an email at info@drinknativa.com before your pickup day, and we will arrange it for you.

Local Home Delivery
Rather have your coffee brought to you? We now offer local home delivery within a 9-mile radius of our Charlotte location — and yes, we deliver personally. Your order goes from our hands directly to your door.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm are typically delivered the same day, within 2–4 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be delivered the following business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is on its way.
Delivery fees:
- Orders over $30 — free delivery
- Orders under $30 — flat $5 delivery fee
Delivery availability will be confirmed automatically at checkout based on your address. If you are within our delivery area, the option will appear for you.

How to Place Your Order
It is simple. Head to drinknativa.com, add your coffee to the cart, and at checkout, select either pickup or local delivery depending on what works best for you. If you are within our delivery area, both options will be available.
As always, orders over $30 also qualify for free standard shipping if you prefer to have your order shipped instead.
