We do not accept returns for opened coffee due to its perishable nature. Unopened coffee can be returned within 7-10 days of purchase, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If there’s an issue with quality or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a one-time courtesy exchange or store credit. Please see our returns and exchange policy.
