Don Manuel Farm emerged from a narrative of love, roots, and tradition. After spending 26 years in France, the founders returned to the heart of the Coffee Axis in Risaralda, driven by a profound connection to their ancestors and the muleteer culture of the region. On this farm, situated along ancient muleteer paths, they decided to create a family project centered on their passion for high-quality coffee and a commitment to respecting nature. This is how Café Don Manuel was established, a coffee cultivated naturally, free from chemicals, with meticulous care taken in every step of the process from harvest to cup, resulting in an authentic, healthy product rich in history.
