Golden Hour — Castillo Honey (Honey Process, Medium Roast) Smooth and lush, with notes of honey, blueberry, wine, and tangerine. Honey processing retains a layer of the fruit's mucilage on the bean during drying, producing a silky, naturally sweet texture that sits between washed and natural.
