Bourbon Reserve - Washed Process, Medium Roast

This Bourbon variety coffee is sourced from Colombian farms and processed using the washed method to ensure clarity and clean flavor development. The coffee presents aromatic notes of blackberry, chocolate, and macadamia, with a creamy body and flavors of macadamia and white chocolate.

The washed process removes the fruit and mucilage before drying, resulting in a cup that emphasizes the bean's inherent characteristics. This processing method produces transparency in flavor, allowing the Bourbon variety's natural sweetness and balanced acidity to remain distinct.

The medium roast level is selected to develop the coffee's body and sweetness while preserving the delicate flavor compounds characteristic of the Bourbon variety. Each lot is sourced from established farms and roasted in small batches to maintain quality standards from harvest through preparation.
